Thanks for shopping at www.collaroutfitter.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or refund as long as it’s still in “sellable condition.
This means, the item should be:
– Unworn (aside from trying it on),
– Unwashed,
– Devoid of any stains,
– Scuffs,
– Tears,
– Mysterious smells,
And needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn and/or damaged due to improper use cannot be returned or exchanged will not be accepted for any reason. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work, and no return merchandise authorization is necessary.
To return a product to us, please follow these simple steps:
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Service at service@collaroutfitter.com or call us at (734) 743-1513 within five (5) days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect
We’ll take good care of you.
If you purchased your product at a location or website other than collaroutfitter.com you will need to return/exchange your products through the store or website in which the original purchase was made. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return
Currently we are not offering international purchases. We are a US based online shop, we only take domestic orders on the sales sorry for the inconveniences our deep apologies. Stay tuned on our future development for international establishment which we strive to make it soon.
